The team of NET-Support (Julia Kehl, Jonas Lanz, Thomas Korner, Marco Lehre, Thomas Lüthi and Andreas Reinhardt) offers professional help to instructors and tutors of University of Zurich or ETH Zurich in managing and using ELBA-Tools, learning management systems (Blackboard CE, Moodle, ILIAS), webbased groupware (BSCW), quiz software (Respondus), e-collaboration tools (Wimba Classroom, Marratech) and evaluation software (SelectSurvey.NET).

Who can demand the service of NET-Support?

Persons who like to occupy services of NET-Support are invited to arrange a meeting with Thomas Piendl. After the meeting, the service level will be arranged in an individual agreement. The service of NET-Support usually implies support via email-helpdesk or telephone and in more complex cases help with NET LiveSupport, a screen sharing software.
